12 Tribes Boasts New Menu
As our new Executive Chef, Jesus Albino Vargas, takes the helm at 12 Tribes Restaurant, he introduces a menu full of Mexican tradition and innovative touches. In addition to a host of eclectic starters, soups and a variety of fish and meats from the grill, you’ll also find his signature homemade Chicken with Mole prepared with 35 ingredients, Lobster Thermidor, Mexican Platter and much more.
For a small appetite or as a starter try the Rib Eye Cubes served with fried potatoes and gravy with bacon and garlic-oil croutons, and you just can’t go wrong with the Shrimp and Sea Scallops Stuffed Avocado.
This creative menu will take you on an exciting journey through land and sea thanks to the diversity of flavors, textures and aromas. Expect many of the traditional stars of Mexican cooking such as Chicken Enchiladas, Chile Relleno, Arrachera or Quesadillas, but you’ll also find international classics such as Lobster Bisque or Ceasar Salad.
For seafood lovers there’s Mexican-Style Sautéed Red Snapper, Blackened Salmon or Tuna, Lobster Thermidor, Bacon-Wrapped or Coconut Shrimp, while meat eaters will enjoy an extensive selection from the grill including New York Steak, Rib Eye, Pork Back Ribs and plenty more.
Getting hungry? Just wait until we get to desserts! Dark Chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream, Triple chocolate mousse pyramid, Churros with chocolate, cajeta and coconut ice cream, Tres leches cake, and that’s just the beginning… absolutely delicious.
