Blasting Away Calories with Louis Van Amstel at Casa Dorada

Blasting Away Calories with Louis Van Amstel at Casa Dorada<br>

World renowned dancer, coach, choreographer, Dancing with the Stars fan favorite and fitness expert, Louis Van Amstel is no stranger in Cabo San Lucas, and certainly not to Casa Dorada, where he stays during his frequent visits. But this time around while visiting Cabo with his team, including Jay Schwartz and Anna Trebunskaya, the energy he created was simply phenomenal!

In addition to his charismatic personality, Van Amstel rocked Casa Dorada with his brand new partner-free dance fitness program called LaBlast. Our lucky guests were invited to participate in a fitness class like no other and guess what, Louis Van Amstel himself was the coach! What a blast, indeed!

For those of you who haven’t heard about LaBlast yet, it is an innovative dance based fitness workout that incorporates elements of several types of dance. The program uniquely fuses fitness routines and movements into dance training. Music is a key component to the classes, using a wide variety of genres ranging from pop, rock, hip hop, country and disco to create a fun, energetic club-like atmosphere. The result is a high-energy experience that makes you want to dance!

And let me tell you that we all DID want to dance!

While dance, fitness, sea and sun are some of the things that bring Louis Van Amstel to Cabo San Lucas, it’s important to mention that he’s also an avid humanitarian. Apart from other charities he supports, our local Casa Hogar has also found a special place in his heart. He visits this orphanage, home to 28 young boys, every time he’s in town and helps spread the word among others who wish to get involved.

Go Louis and thank you for your amazing energy!
