Hello everyone! Are you all ready for the weekend? I’m sure most of you are. Of course, when you’re in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, everyday feels like a weekend, but I do realize not everyone is as lucky

In case you are in need of a sunny bit of Cabo, try this cocktail tonight. It’s lavishly sweet and velvety and best enjoyed with friends.

For each serving you’ll need:

• 1 oz. vanilla vodka
• 1 oz. Baileys
• 0.5 oz. banana liqueur
• 0.5 oz. strawberry liqueur

To prepare, put ice into a mixing glass. Add vodka, Baileys, banana liqueur and strawberry liqueur. Blend well and serve in a previously chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of banana and ready!
