It’s an opportunity not to be missed to try dishes such as Smoked Marlin Empanadas, Braised Rib Tamales, Chocolata Clams from the grill, plenty of summer’s best catch, as well as more traditional Mexican specialties such as Baja-style Tacos, Shrimp Sopes, Machaca Burritos and much more. You’ll also be amazed (and possibly surprised) by the selection of typical Cabo-style desserts including Sweet Bean Empanadas and Fresh Regional Cheese with Piloncillo.
