Los Cabos Culinary Festival at Casa Dorada Showcases Local Specialties

Whether you’re visiting Los Cabos, Mexico for the first time or you’ve been coming to Land’s End for years, one thing that you’ll never tire of is our LOCAL FOOD.

In addition to the Mexican staples such as tacos, enchiladas and quesadillas, there’s much more to discover on the culinary scene of Los Cabos. Our regional cuisine is known for its fresh--very often organic--ingredients, fantastic seafood, and that special “choyero” touch.

We invite you to venture on a culinary journey to discover and enjoy Los Cabos’ local specialties during a two-day festival that will take place at 12 Tribes Restaurant on the 16th and 17th of August, 2013.

It’s an opportunity not to be missed to try dishes such as Smoked Marlin Empanadas, Braised Rib Tamales, Chocolata Clams from the grill, plenty of summer’s best catch, as well as more traditional Mexican specialties such as Baja-style Tacos, Shrimp Sopes, Machaca Burritos and much more. You’ll also be amazed (and possibly surprised) by the selection of typical Cabo-style desserts including Sweet Bean Empanadas and Fresh Regional Cheese with Piloncillo.

Too much to choose from? Wish you could try it all? Well, YOU CAN! Our Culinary Festival is a buffet so you can try as many dishes as you’d like and discover a brand new side of Los Cabos for only $42 USD per person. Welcome cocktail on the house!

Make your reservation today and don’t miss this amazing Cabo feast. Call us at 624 163 5764 or email at: Fernando.lugo@casadorada.com
