Taking Cabo by Storm
If you’re heading to Cabo San Lucas in the next week or so, you may be worried about getting some rain. But even though we may see some clouds and afternoon thunderstorms, let’s keep in mind that this is the peak of Baja hurricane season! Thankfully, Tropical Depression Kiko is moving north of Cabo and is not likely to have a direct effect on the Baja Peninsula.
Last week we also had a bit of rain that got in the way of beach time, but it didn’t seem to dampen anyone’s spirits!
We made sure our guests were entertained and all sorts of activities were set up indoors. At The B Bar and Lounge, there was a little putting green for golf fans, big and small, while pool and mini soccer tournaments turned out to be a big hit.
Ping pong challenges between guests and staff kept everyone in a competition mood, and the refreshing drinkable prizes made the summer heat so much more bearable!
During the coming week we are expecting a bit more of the same with high temperatures and scattered showers, but hey, the summer rates are so exciting, they will make you want to come to Cabo EVERY September!
As you can see, there’s just no way NOT to have fun at Casa Dorada. Rain or shine, our goal is to make your vacation rock and we don’t take this responsibility lightly.
But don’t take our word for it, see you soon at Casa Dorada!
