That’s right folks; Casa Dorada has chosen to lead the way with new programs and a firm attitude towards the environment.

Always on the forefront of new and developing trends, Casa Dorada has taken the task of environmental protection very seriously. Our new programs and initiatives such as “A Touch of Verde”, “Casa Verde” and “Turtle Sanctuary Project” have created opportunities to protect our sensitive ecosystem and all our guests are encouraged to participate.

During your entire stay at Casa Dorada, you will find ways to be green while on vacation. Our linen and towel reuse program is just one fine example, but you’ll also notice energy saving light bulbs and power control systems. You may even find out that all our water supply comes from an onsite desalination plant.

We have also extended our conservation efforts beyond the hotel. Today, beach patrols and Turtle Sanctuary offer protection for sea turtle eggs across the entire Cabo San Lucas Bay and, since 2005, we have successfully released thousands of offspring into the sea.
