Terms and Conditions

Travel Agent Rewards will be confirmed three days after check out of booked reservations*.
The total complimentary nights awarded will be confirmed with a gift certificate sent to your email with a specific expiration date.
The complimentary nights are valid for Junior Suite category, in European plan (no meals included) for a maximum occupancy of 2 adults.
Reservations are subject to availability and inventory control. Blackout dates may apply including Mexican or American Holidays.
Complimentary nights are not transferable, not accumulative, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other services. In case of “No Show”, this benefit will not be valid for a new reservation.
