Get Hooked on Zumba!
You have heard about the Zumba craze and would like to give it a try, but you’re still on the fence? At Casa Dorada we are giving our guests a chance to try it out and see for themselves what a great workout it is. Before incorporating Zumba classes into our regular activity schedule, we’re joining you in the trial. We’ve just had a few sessions so far and it surely is infectious!!!
We’ve also dug deeper to tell you all about the benefits of Zumba. Here’s what we’ve found out:

Now, if you try it once and you feel like you’re not following all the moves and you feel a bit lost, don’t worry. We’ve all been through it. In fact, trainers recommend giving Zumba three sessions before you decide if it’s your kind of thing. After three classes you recognize the repetitions, become more comfortable and that’s when you get hooked!
