Spring Break Policies

Thank you for choosing Casa Dorada Los Cabos Resort & Spa. We are pleased to welcome you to this second home. We would like to take this opportunity to highlight the property's specific code of conduct; You MUST adhere to this policy at all times while inside the hotel.

Any conduct deemed inappropriate by a member of the hotel management team will result in immediate revocation of room privileges and/or eviction from the hotel. Inappropriate behavior includes, but is not limited to:

• Serious noise complaints.
• Exceeding room capacity and/or number of registered guests.
• There is a cost per extra person in the room, 97.50 usd per night and without food.
• The minimum age to use a reservation is 18 years old.
• Credit card hold will be required at check-in. The credit card holder must travel and present an identity document.
• Disrespectful or abusive behavior towards another guest or a collaborator of Casa Dorada.
• There is only one smoking area, in the motor lobby
• It is not allowed to bring food and drinks to the pool and beach club.
• Damage to hotel property and/or guest room.
• Any illegal activity while on the property.
